Inbox and outbox.
This is a really stupid question, and I'm pretty sure of the answer but I am just curious.
If I delete my sentbox items before the person has read the message does that mean the message won't be in their in-box? I'm pretty sure that it makes no difference xD. |

After it has left your out box or Outgoing Mail deleting them from your sent items list will not affect them in anyway.

Yes you can just go ahead and delete them after sending them!
